MM DISTRICT – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MM District, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the item:

• Is unworn and unused
• Is in its original condition
• Has not been washed, altered or damaged
• Includes the original packaging where applicable
• Has all original tags and labels attached

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping costs. The item must meet the return conditions stated above.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Products specifically produced or customised after an order is placed may not be eligible for cancellation or return due to change of mind once production has started. This does not affect your rights where an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may contact MM District as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are subject to whether the order has already been processed, dispatched or entered production.
